i'm a new sys-admin for a novell net with about 23 boxes and 6-8 printers
floating around. our old admin was pretty screwed, and there's not much
record-keeping been done. i'm in sore need of some advice, and was hoping
you good folk could help me. trust that i'll become an avid reader.

several questions:
1) is there a list of standard/dumb questions typically asked, and their 
	answers? if there is, i'd appreciate a copy.

2) looking for news/bbs style software for a Novell/token-ring.

3) looking for Mail on same.

4) saw mention of "remote printers". I've got a couple of really good
	printers around, that need to stay where they are. I would really
	like to be able to print to them from the network. any suggestions?

5) anyone ever heard of AGA/Discus optical drives? if so, i'm looking for
	either them, or someone who took over tech-support, or just someone
	who knows a lot about them.
