	Yes, Brian {Hamilton Kelly} has. I suppose you could find the file
	in Aston, or you can ask him. The latest version I've seen
	now supports DVItoLN03, DVItoPS (James Clark's) and DVIPS (Rockicki).
	It should be very simple to add more.
