Is there someone out there who can tell me how to give the
space column to table.
For example, I want to make the following format,

 ----------------------
                  title
 ----------------------
 one               dash
 two               fish
 three             dish
 ----------------------

How can I give the spaces between one and dash making the whole
table width specific length?
I am kind of in a hurry and desperate!?
