I am desperately looking for the following technical report from Univ. of
Texas (Dallas) [I have tried mailing the authors but have received no reply.]:

"On Deciding Readiness and Failure Equivalences for Processes" by
Dung T. Huynh and Lu Tian.

To be more precise, is there an e-mail address at utdallas.edu that can
be used for requests of this kind ? I have the address of the university but
using paper mail to inquire about the availability of a particular tech.
report will take ages in comparison (yes, I really am _that_ desperate!).

BTW, does anyone know if the above paper has been published elsewhere ?
