Does anyone out there know if it is possible to map the DEC keyboard so
that hitting <next screen> will fool vi into thinking you hit a ctrl-f?
Obviously the same applies fo <prev screen> key and ctrl-b....

If you know how, please post painfully detailed idiot-level instructions
so I can understand them   ;-) :-) .
