Subject: How to boot "format" on DEC 11/750?

Does anyone have the sequence of console commands that one would use to
format a DEC RA81 on a DEC 11/750? And what would the format command be?
All my documentation says is how to do it for 11/780's and I know those
commands won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My system is
down until I get this working. Thanks muc
