If the picture is less than 64K (clipboard format ?) everything is OK with copy / paste. For more than 64K pictures I got an Unrecoverable Application Error (UAP). In draft mode I can import the picture (which is thus not displayed) but as soon as I switch off the draft view mode I get an UAP. Trying the same procedure in AmiPro (vers. 1.2) gives an identical result (UAP). If I save a picture file in WMF format and try to import that file in WfW I receive the "Error! cannot read or display file" (only for >64Kb files). No problem in AmiPro; the file is imported. I tried to save the file in .PIC format but I had no success in importing the file in WfW. (UAC or "Error! cannot..."). I do not want to save the vector picture files to bitmap files (.TIF, for instance, import works well with those files) and I do not want to change my word processor program. Well, is there any solution ? Other import filters ? Other window or WfW version.... ? Nicolas Guggenheim University of Geneva, Switzerland. GUGGEN@sc2a@unige.ch
