I have a possibly related win problem.  A ps/2 55 with 2MB and a BICC Ethernet
board.  With the ether board drivers in the config.sys, the first time I load
win after booting it takes a couple of minutes AND when loaded the mouse
is unusable since it overshoots any hand movements horribly.  Any
application and even drawing wallpaper runs at less than 1/10 speed (not
timed!).  After getting out of win and rerunning it it is fine.

Taking out the bicc drivers and bus arbitration driver win behaves
like win all the time.

Any ideas?  Ive tried a swap file!
