Ok, I have place three files on cica (cica.cica.indiana.edu) that represent
the nececcary stuff to get uEmacs for Windows up and running.  These files
are in pub/pc/win3/uploads at this time, but they may move when somebody
at cica figures out what's in there.  Here are the files (INPORTANT):

	mewin_ok.zip	- executable and macro files
	mewindoc.zip	- documentation
	mewin.zip	- a corrupt zip file - DO NOT DOWNLOAD get mewin_ok.zip!

Have at 'er all.
