First, thanks for a nice summary!  A few small things have changed
since you got your information:

    Change expo.lcs.mit.edu to export.lcs.mit.edu
	(they changed the distribution machine).

    WWL is still in contrib/, but version 1.2 is the latest.

    InterViews 3.0 alpha is here; it's on interviews.stanford.edu
	(there's a pub/doc/ directory full of files, for a closer
	look without compiling).
