I have a version of PC-TALK III that has been modified by an Amateur Radio Operator, so that it can be used for RTTY (Radio TTY ) which uses baudot. It was on a disk of Ham Radio programs distributed by Software on the Go or something like that (A Shareware distributer). Even if you get both ends talking in buadot, most TTY that use baudot are 110 baud (I think) and not all modems can use 110 baud and even if the modem can, the other end will have to know ahead of time she is using 110 cause at 300 or less the connect message is just CONNECT. Don't know if I've been much help. Maybe I can make some kind of arrangements to get the modified PC TALK to you as I don't know how widely available it is. Another thing is it is in BASIC and it has to stop to clear it's dynamic string space or something every so often and that takes a minute or 2 unless you compile it.
