	The title pretty much sez. it.  For the last week or
so, some dweeb calling himself Stuart Weiner has been posting
stuff from our central news machine. If (that's a small if), this
is from an external site, how do I prevent this?
	I've already set up my nntp access_file to lock out
any non-NotreDame machine from reading/posting.  Anything else I can do???
