Lines: 15 Approved: aem@mthvax.cs.miami.edu (Rec.Food.Recipes moderator) i used to help my grandmother make wonderful candy out of primarily mashed potatoes, peanut butter, and sugar. the mashed potatoes were mixed with the sugar and rolled out, then the peanut butter was mixed with sugar and put on top, then the whole thing was rolled like a jelly roll, sliced, and put in the fridge for a while until it set. unfortunately she never wrote recipes down. my mother thinks she has the recipe, but she uses a tame black hole as a recipe filing system and i don't expect her to find it any time soon. has anyone else got a recipe like this one? i miss that stuff a lot, and was hoping to make some to stick in lunch bags (gets a little mashed up but it still tastes great). thanks in advance! -cindy kandolf cindy@solan.unit.no trondheim, norway
