	Can someone suggest to me a cheap, hard-wirable clock divider
	that I can use to generate clock rates for UARTs?  I want to be able
	to select the divider with DIP switches and have the clock generator
	output the appropriately divided clock.  What suggestions do you
	have and where can I buy a couple from?
