The battery pack needs to be 6-9 volts. Size and cost are important. The AC transformer and possibly other components can be housed separately from the device. (Basically, I want a high-quality rechargable electric razor without the razor!) I would prefer ready-made units, but I would be delighted to even see a schematic.
