A friend of mine needs some help modifying a product to be compatable with
"Night Vision Goggles".  These are the things military and night-rescue
pilots wear to see at night.  The product has a EL-backlit LCD display.  He is
willing to hire someone as a consultant if they have demonstrated skills

p.s. out of curiosity, how do NVGs work, and what is the wavelength of
peak sensitivity, bandwidth, etc.
