Subject: How to convert RS-232 to Analog or TTL Video

I need to monitor an RS-232 line with a video terminal.  Can anyone help 
me with a simple circuit or a chipset to convert a serial signal  to
a video signal?  It can be for a TTL or an analog monitor.  Thanks.
