Dear Bionew-ers,
does anyone work with a molecular modelling system on RNA molecules.
I wuold like to get in touch with these people.
I am evaluating to buy a machine and a software devoted to this task. But
all the software of which I am aware (eg. BIOSYM, Evans and Sutherland) is
mainly directed to the analisys of proteins. I do not know if these softwares
can be used for nucleic acids and RNA in particular too.
