         Hi !
	 A friend who has not got access to news, give me this to post
	 this group:

     I am a student of Telecomunication engineering from Madrid
     (Spain). I am doing a master degree on Time Delay Neural Networks
     and would like to make a network which recognices the spanish
     letters.
