One potential source of trouble is XON/XOFF flow control in the modem. The Telebit support mail address is modems@telebit.com or uunet!telebit!modems The phone numbers for Telebit support are (408) 734-5200 or 1-800-TELEBIT. I think you'll probably have better results if you call and talk with a tech live. E-mail support can be a long process as you hold a conversation over several days that could have taken minutes on the phone. If you do use e-mail, be sure to include what computer and operating system you have, and what types of transfers (xmodem, uucp, etc.) you're having trouble with.
