The factory where they make the MicroTac is next door to my building, and I think it is fantastic to see such high-quality products coming out of a U.S. factory with American factory workers. These people are average Joe's like you and me, but they are competing tooth and nail with the Japanese. Finally, a U.S. manufacturer who can do it right. Go for the Motorola phone.
