We have uupc 1.09d with source and it works quite well. What is lacking is a default simple editor. Just bare bones, but full screen, and with a help message always there. Only a few commands. Would prefer source. We need the freedom to distribute it without charge or royalties. It has to be able to be called by the line: cmd filename, and should be strictly ASCII, no formatting needed. I haven't read this group for a couple of years, and I suppose this has been beat around several times in my absence, but I am not aware of what is out there now. Thanks for pointers. We can ftp.
