I am wondering if anyone can answer a few questions for me.

1. How can one convert a type 3 font to a type 1 font.  First
preferred platform is the PC, second MAC.

2. Isn't the type 1 font file format different on the mac, and can it be
converted for use on a PC running windows and ATM?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
