I have a package that can create a Hewlett Packard Graphics Language
(HPGL) file, that is a file of commands to drive a HP plotter.
However I would like to view the image of the plot in X-windows before
plotting.

Is there a utility that can convert a HPGL file to some other graphics
format?  I can handle a lot of formats, like,
