hello

it would be a good idea to exchange mvs ideas, but mvs is not very popular
among universities...

if you start a newsgroup, you will have at least two problems:

to find somebody that moderates the group
to have subgroups, like jes/telecommunications/db2/ims.....

but i think it would be a good idea anyway.
