Dear NETWorkers,

I've downloaded berk-yacc.tar-z from /mirrors/unix-c/languages in UUE format,
UUDECODED it (produced BERK-YACC.CTAR-Z).

I'd like to use it on VMS and/or IBM PC (no UNIX). What can I do?

(I can decode plain TAR format on the VAX, but that does not go for this
CTAR-Z thing.)
