MSDOS libraries Message-ID: <1685@ariadne.csi.forth.GR> Date: 14 Mar 91 11:51:43 GMT Sender: news@csi.forth.GR Distribution: comp Lines: 26 Dear Modula2 users, I am looking for libraries which would enable me to write code in MSDOS and UNIX operating systems. I would like to write an application which uses screen design routines and index file system for commercial applications but should run on both the operating systems trasparently. I also would like to know if anyone has used modula2 for accesing popular RDBMS engines like Oracle, Ingres, Informix, etc. I have been using PMI routines for sometime now and I like them because you can run your application using different compilers but only in the MS-DOS world. The libraries are compiler vendor independent. Any pointers , comments would help.
