A customer just sent in a file with an arc drawing
operator that reads something like:

	x  y  radius  0  365  arc 

On NeWS, what gets drawn is a 5 degree arc segment starting
at 0 degrees.  On a LaserWriter, the complete circle gets drawn.
Can somebody at Adobe shed light on the precise semantics please?
