I am trying to print out a xview manual (conversion Sunview to Xview manual)
postscript file Book.ps which uses FrameMaker PostScript Prolog 2.0, but 
I got the following error:

	undefined in operator lettertray
	typecheck in operator setfont

The printers ( DEC LN03 Postscript printer, Apple LaserWriter NT ) only
printed out the first 20 pages, then stopped.

I also noticed that sometimes the FrameMaker (version 2.0) doesn't print out, 
is this related to the "FrameMaker PostScript Prolog 2.0" ?  If it is, how
can I correct it ?


Any help will be greatly appreciated.
