Actually, I am using the book right now for a course. I did get a preprint
from A-W, and I like the book. I didn't find a book that came near this one
for the purpose of the course. Unfortunately, the students had up to now to
rely on taking class notes, but within a few weeks the book is supposed to
be available here.
