Does anyone know when the Spring '91 registration packets
are going to be mailed?  Some of us need an extremely long
lead time to get the paperwork thru training, travel, 
budget which makes things real tough to get tutorials and
hotel rooms within per diem rates.

I know it takes a long time to get everything ready to
print 1000's of copies to mail, but ftp'ing a postscript
document would cut the time substantially (not to mention
DECUS' mailing costs).
