I'd like to know about 
the 3rd IEEE Symposium on Parallel & Distributed Processing. 

1) When and where will it be held, and when is the deadline for 
submitting papers?
2) How were the 1st and 2nd meetings?
3) Are the proceedings for the meetings avalilable?

Will you give me some information or tell me where I can get it?
