I'm looking for a version of RCS which will run under ST1.1. Binaries would be fine, but source would be better. I only have ACK so any source would need to cope with that. I've ported both RCS 5.5 and GNU Diff 1.15 to the ST some time ago. Binaries and diffs against the FSF distributions are available from ftp.thp.uni-koeln.de:~ftp/pub/minix/gnu/m68k: bin/{rcs-5.5.tar.Z, diff-1.15.tar.Z} changes/{rcs-5.5.shar, diff-1.15.cdif} (Beware: these are just the diffs from my working version. They are neither documented nor very clean.) The port has been done using gcc 1.39, although it may be possible to get it running with ack cc (I've managed to get rcs 4.3 running this way.) In any case you need Earl Chew's estdio lib. The main problem in the port was Minix /bin/sh, which cause so many problems that I decided to port BSD /bin/sh to get the RCS conf.sh and rcstest scripts running. You may have to create conf.h manually if you lack a decent shell.
