Hi..
    I am trying to use the RCS system that was posted to
comp.binaries.ibm.pc a while ago. My question is how would
one go about having the RCS files stored in a directory other
than ./rcs. Reason? Would like all the rcs files to be on
another drive.  I tried looking at the source and could not
find an answer (if there is one).
I think my version was compiled with the MKS switch on since
it takes the $AUTHOR$ from the env variable USR and not LOGNAME.
