I'm looking for information on a good telecommunicatios program for windows.

I'm looking for all the standard features but most important is having
the caputer buffer in memory and I want it easy to get too, like a click
of a mouse button or a quick key stroke.   As I'm new to the dos world I'd like
everyones input.  Is crosstalk the one? or procomm and non-windows?
