We have a hard disk partition larger than 32 MB and is using DOS 4.  We
like to not load SHARE since we have some time cirtical disk operation
programs.  The computer is not networked.

What is the problem if SHARE is not loaded?

Will SHARE slow down disk operation (mainly write)?
