I want to use the IBM DACA card in a 386SX PC the driver, dac.com, from IBM can not be used with clock speeds above 6MHz (strange but only slow at's and xt's   work with this driver). I can reduce the clock speed to 8MHz, this is stil to   fast.
How can I reduce the clock speed further to 4 or 5 MHz??
