It was delivered with a box with Power supply and all I had to do, or so I hoped, was to read the installation paper and assemble the thing. However, it turned out to be not so easy. In the installation paper there's a picture on how to select SCSI drive ID on the Seagate by putting jumpers on pin pairs. Only that on the picture there's 8 pairs of pins and on my disk there's only 7, and yes I've got the right installation paper (at least it claims to be).
