I'm getting an error from Dumper (the mac INIT for macdumps) that I've
never had before:
    No dump listener code
    Err=-108

Replacing the init with a new copy and reinstalling my EtherTalk 2.0
drivers does not eliminate the message.  From unix, atlook sees that
my DUMPDEV has been registered, but 'macdump -mac=kahn -disknames' no
longer works (macdump to other machine continues to work).

Since the source code to the Dumper INIT was never released (why oh
why, Dan Tappen??), I do not know where to look to figure this one
out.

Anybody seen and/or solved this one before?
