After some local help, we got the daemon running. Here are two questions: 1. About once an hour I get the following type of message (example below): Mar 18 12:03)04 reepicheep xntpd[6271]: Previous time adjustment didn't complete Is this a problem? If not, how can I make it go to /dev/null or some system file which gets erased in crontab? 2. I was told that the /etc/rc* files ought to be editted.
