I wonder if there's any way to have Andrew, when it is excerpting a mail
message into a message-composition window, to put the little
greater-than signs at the left of each line?

I send a lot of mail to non-Andrew sites, and it seems there should be
some easy way to do this. 

Thanks a lot for any help anyone might be able to offer.
