I need source to the "strtod" routine, it converts a string to a double,
but also sets a pointer indicating where conversion stopped.  It should
be part of the free Berkeley stuff.  Could someone send me a copy?

Tcl now has support for floating point, but we need strtod for our
ossupport library, because not every implementation has it...
