Summary: Official information requested Keywords: A3000, Harddrive Message-ID: <27445@uflorida.cis.ufl.EDU> Date: 14 Mar 91 13:13:48 GMT Sender: news@uflorida.cis.ufl.EDU Organization: University of Florida CIS Department Lines: 9 Has anyone managed to get an answer from Commdore concerning the problem a lot of people have been getting with adding a second harddrive to their A3000? I've called their customer service line and my name and number was taken and I was informed that I would be called back by someone who could help me. Haven't been called back yet, but I haven't given up hope :). If any of you people actually IN commdore can offer some insights...It seems silly to have to boot twice just to get the harddrive to mount.
