	Need help with the Amiga Network Software from Commodore.

I loaded the Ftp and other Software onto the Amiga but can not find a way
to limit access to the Amiga.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to
limit users from changing directories and not giving certain users access
to delete files ?
	
	I can not find any Documentations to solve this problem. I also need
to find out how to set the terminal mode to a VT100. We have a Vax here and
I can not use RLOGIN or RLOGINVT.
