What a rip off!  I ordered ModemWorks from Preferred Computting (NOT MDG) 
I received it about 1 month later.  The receipt said Jan 9, 1991.  I found
out that Morgan Davis wrote a NEWER version of the disk and even has a new
manual for it.  I found this out 4 DAYS after the 30 day limit for a
refund.  I wrote them a letter explaining everything.  I didn't get a
response this was about FEB 14th.  Now a month later, I haven't heard from
them.  I told them I would say this over a NETWORK bulletin board, but they
obvously didn't care.

I hope no body makes the same mistake I did.  I am going to buy directly
from the company from now on.
