     I was wondering if anyone had run sciibin on a VM/CMS system using either
waterloo C, or the IBM C compiler. I tried using the waterloo compiler, but I
got an error when the program tried to include some of the file libraries. If
anyone can help, I would appreciate it, so I can examine programs before Dling,
 and maybe DL without the binscii stuff.
