Well, I'm not too sure about this but I THINK .bsq is a SQueezed file, to be
unSQueezed with ShrinkIt.  When you download the BINSCII.EXE file, specify TXT
as the file type then from basic type EXEC BINSCII.EXE and it will create the
BinSCII SYS file.
