    GSHK doesn't un-hex Mac .hqx files, but GScii+ (by Derek Taubert) _will_. 
Then you can use GSHK to unStuff the resulting archive (as long as it wasn't
created by the newer StuffIt Deluxe, or have password protection and
segmentation in the archive).
