notice today that a few files with the version number - 139 are now
available @umich, i requested and got two of the three files.

one after the decoding and uncompressing resulted in a 'dif' file

the second resulted in 3 ttp files, gcc.ttp, gcc-cc1.ttp and gcc-cpp.ttp.

the third one that was available was called? 'gcc139up.lzh' (sp?)
which i had assumed was an update to 1.38?

but seeing that i didnt get the huge number of files from getting
1.37 and 1.37.1, i am now wondering is there another file/files
that i need to get from umich?
