Using a Colour Monitor with an Atari ST, I tend to lose vertical synch when resizing windows. The picture moves down about three inches displaying the horizontal black band (usually at the top and bottom of the picture). The picture is quite steady and will return to normal if the window is reduced and I power cycle the monitor. Is this a problem with my atari, my monitor or the software ? One package this happens with is EASYTRACK (a music package)
